Up and Down Arrow on Target line

Hello PowerBi Developers,

I'm learning PowerBI:

I have generated this chart for Survey Data % with Target.

I would like to put green UP or red Down Arrow on the target line instead of a dot.

The target is 80%. Would you please guide if it is doable? Thanks.

Thank you Fowmy,

Perfect! this is what I'm looking for. I checked the attached file.

It will be nice if you can explain what steps you have done. I'm still learning PowerBI and don't know how to do this.

I'll appreciate if you can guide the steps. Thank you.

This has a long series steps.
1. In a column chart, add target, apply conditional formating to color the column based on Actual vs Target.
2. Change chart type to line, and move the target to Seconday section, add survey x-axis
3. Select Survey Axis, remove, line and add error bars, please check the settings
4. Chagne the min and max values of both axis. 0 and 100
