Unbale to refresh dataset

Hi All,

I am trying to refresh the dataset which is connected to SQL server database. I am getting below error.

Kavya123_0-1649235695499.png

Data source error: Scheduled refresh is disabled because at least one data source is missing credentials. To start the refresh again, go to this dataset's settings page and enter credentials for all data sources. Then reactivate scheduled refresh.

Thanks in advance

Hi @Kavya123 ,

Have you added other data sources? If so,Please go to Gateway Cluster Settings, select Allow user's cloud data sources to refresh through this gateway cluster > Apply.

Hi,

I hope you are connecting your SQL Server on-prem. You need to configure the gateway data source for your SQL server and map the gateway data source under 'Gateway Connection' dataset settings.

Usually Admin will have access to gateways.

Refer - https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/connect-data/service-gateway-data-sources

Thanks

Hari
