Unauthorized 401 error while embedding power PBI reports

Hi there,

we are getting an Unauthorised 401 error when running the examples of embedded for your customers applications. I have followed all the steps without skipping any.

I have tried:
- Given the right information (clientId, reported, workspaceID, tenantId, client secret etc)
- The authentication mode is ServicePrincipal, and I'm using the credentials of the Global Admin (same user that created the dataset, report, has all permissions, App Registration Owner etc..)
- Enabled service principals and embed content in power bi services Tenant settings, added the security group.
-  All permissions granted on Power BI REST APIs on the App Registration.
- Workspace access is enabled as an admin for the security group/service principle.

If anyone has any clues please let us know.
Thanks.

Hi @NakkaHemanth,

According to your description, it seems like you have finished all the operations and permission settings. Have you tried to test with the corresponding contents ID with another application or device? (you can extract the embedded id and tokens to test on the playground to confirm if these contents can be used on the embedded iframes) Please share some more detailed information about these operations and tests:

In addition, you can also check the device policy and firewall rules to ensure that they weren't blocking the power bi requests.
