Unable to load report's mobile portrait layout on flutter webview

While trying to load a mobile-optimised report in flutter web view, its always loads the desktop layout of the report in the mobile web view.

 

I have tried publishing the report as a public URL and tried to load the URL inside the web view.

 

Am I missing anything.

PS : the report is loading the mobile layout in the power bi android application. I am facing issue with our custom application using flutter framework.
