HI @chirag_vidani,

You can check the following options if they helps for troubleshooting your scenarios:

  1. Check GitHub Permissions: Ensure that the test GitHub account used for connecting to Power BI has the appropriate permissions to access the repositories and data you are trying to report on.

  2. Verify OAuth Application: Confirm that Power BI is authorized as an OAuth application in your GitHub Enterprise Cloud settings.

  3. Check Power BI Connector: If you are using a pre-built GitHub connector in Power BI, make sure it supports GitHub Enterprise Cloud and not just GitHub.com.

  4. Review Authentication Details: Double-check on the authentication details you provided to Power BI.

  5. Inspect API Limits: Ensure that you haven’t exceeded to GitHub API limits, they may prevent data from being fetched.

  6. Refresh the Dataset: Try manually refreshing on the dataset in Power BI to see if the error appears again.

  7. Check Power BI Service Status: View the Power BI support page to check for any service outages or issues that might be affecting connectivity.

  8. Review Error Logs: Review the error logs in Power BI for more specific details on the failure.

  9. Consult GitHub and Power BI Documentation: Refer to GitHub’s API documentation and Power BI’s documentation for any specific configuration or known issues.

BTW, you can also contact to the app author team to confirm if any updates on the github api that may caused the template apps not works.
