Unable login to PBI online.

Hi Team,

Suddenly, unable to login to my PBI online account.

Was trying to connect to PowerBI service however failed to login, suddenly not sure what has happened with the account.

So I have created new account with the same User ID, however I have lost all the reports/dashboards which I developed and published earlier. This is something weired behaviour I have observed.

My PowerBI service account is with official email id and not with this one. before coming across this login issue, I published a report and generated embedded code for it and shared public url with other developers to proceed with their work. Since then I am unable to login. Generating embedded code and creating public url are the reasons for login issue?
