URLs as a Row in a Matrix visual

Hi, I have matrix that is MoM and I want to link the associated report to each row. I know how to insert the URL in the columns of the matrix but unfortunatley it shows the link again and again for each month. I would like to make the row text a link but PBI does not give me the option to turn it into a hyperlink when its in a matrix visualization specifically. I want the link to be in the highlighted area not in the columns
