URL Filter to Publish to Web Report

I know that you could do it but I do not how, see below an example:

https://app.powerbi.com/view?r=eyJrIjoiZTA5N2VkYWQtYmNiMS00YWFmLWEwZWQtOGY4MmExNTlmZjllIiwidCI6ImMyOGQyZTEyLTA5ODgtNGFjZi1iZGJhLTExOTU4MmU4ZDA4ZCIsImMiOjl9&Country=Austria

The "Country" is parameter and the name of country a variable, if you change to belgium the data will change as well.

Did anyone found out how to achieve the filtering (in this case on country) as in the below link (on a Published To Web (public) report)?
For France:
https://app.powerbi.com/view?r=eyJrIjoiZTA5N2VkYWQtYmNiMS00YWFmLWEwZWQtOGY4MmExNTlmZjllIiwidCI6ImMyOGQyZTEyLTA5ODgtNGFjZi1iZGJhLTExOTU4MmU4ZDA4ZCIsImMiOjl9&Country=France

Any solutions and advice how filtering on web published report is done?
