Two different slicers with filtered measures

I am looking for an ideas my Scenario : I have calculated measures for percentages and the totals are pulled from data level I need  a slicer /split slicer where if we select all in the filter it slects lets say  "D", "E" and also the filtered measures based on this selection and when individual filter option is available all the filters "A", "B" "C" and "D" and data  too. Appreciate any thoughts and ideas.
