Tracking Power BI Q&A (Client to ISV)

Hi,

Is there a way to track the questions that the user asks using the Power BI Q&A button?

I have created a dashboard, which we will be embedding in our product. I was wondering if there is any way to collect the questions that the clients asks, so that we can incorporate those visualizations as well in the updated dashboards.
