Too many values when using custom matrix with more than 9 categories
Hello, i created a simple matrix (like the default matrix). The data consists of 50 rows and 26 columns. When i add more than 9 data columns to the visual rows, i got an "Too many values" error:...

As far as I know, by default, custom visuals in Power BI fetch a maximum of 1000 rows from a data model. So Power BI will restrict you to add too many rows into your custom visual.
Accroding to your statement, I think the custom visual looks like the default one. You can try the default one to achieve your goal.
