    Thanks for reaching out to the Microsoft fabric community forum. 

     

    Incremental refresh does not build or apply relationships separately for active and archived partitions. Relationships are defined at the model level and apply to all partitions once the dataset is successfully refreshed in the Power BI Service. There is no difference in how relationships work for incremental versus archived data.

    If archived data only disappears when using fields or filters from TableB, this usually points to a data or filtering issue rather than incremental refresh behavior. Common causes include key mismatches in historical data, data type or formatting differences, or filters propagating from TableB (such as bi-directional relationships or RLS).
