Syteline Infor Connection in PBI

Hi All,

Starting out in a new company (with 0 reporting tools) and they use Syteline Infor for ERP which uses a proprietary database and language, both called "Progress."  (I only have a background in connections to SQL server ERP Systems) Apparently there is no ODBC driver for Progress. Has anyone on here ever made an API connection (or any connection) in PBI to this kind of ERP system? Please dump any/all infomration onto me. I am not finding much on the internet. Thank you for your help!

HI @Anonymous,

Did this ERP provide the REST API interfaces? If that is the case, you can use power bi with a web connector to get data from the data source:
