Sync Azure Data Factory jobs with Power BI data flows and datasets refreshes.

I have Power BI data flows, datasets and Azure Data Factory jobs. And the situations i have are following:
1-  Implementing sync between PBI dataflows and PBI datasets refreshes.

2- Sync Azure Data Factory jobs with PBI dataflows and datasets refreshes.

for point 1 i have found some solution and creating a MS Flow seems to be the solution but still if someone has a better idea than i am open to suggestions. But for point 2 i have not found any solution yet, in easy words i want to refresh the data when data flow is refreshed and trigger data flow refresh depending on Azure Data Factory jobs.
