Suppress 0 values from Waterfall Chart

Hi Team

I have a waterfall chart that has 0 values in the resultant set and it is appearing as shown in the below figure.The 0 values are the comparison between the two time periods and actual data is not a blank or 0. Unable to filter them out.Please provide suggestions on how to exclude.
