Streaming data from postgresql data to power bi service

Hello, I am quite new to the developer world and will appreciate some detailed help.

My scenario: I have streaming data which I store in an AWS postgresql database. This is because it helps to process the data so I can connect easily with power bi service. The challenge is how to connect with power bi service. My intent was that I can use power automate to ensure that my data in power bi service refreshes each time a new row is added in the postgre db. I am quite stuck as I cannot seem to find the appropriate trigger in automate. Should I use another approach other than automate?
