Can you please share some more detail information about this issue? They should help us clarify your scenario and test.
How to Get Your Question Answered Quickly
If you mean add more axis field, you can drag different table fields to current chart x-axis part to enable multiple category analysis for your stacked column/bar chart.
If you mean append more axis values in current chart, current you can't directly achieve these. You may need to create a new table to extract raw table category type values and custom types and link to the original table, then you can use this to replace the old category field used on your chart.
