Sorting matrix based on a date/time measure

In my report I have a matrix:

and want to add measure2 to the Values and sort column1 in matrix based on measure2 so that it shows the latest date/time for column1:

measure2:= MAX ('Salse'[Purchased time])

I'm using tabular with fact and dimension tables.
