Hi,

After removing the cache and cookies and updating the Edge browser, I checked, and the issue is still occurring.

Also there is no issue with token or permission, since the reports are loading correctly in other browsers.

Also the loading time in edge browser is too long, after showing this error it loads quickly.

These are error details on popup:

Hi @Gokul_B12 ,

Based on your description, it appears that this issue only occurs when loading the embedded report in Microsoft Edge, while it functions correctly in other browsers. This suggests that the problem may be related to browser settings. Could you please ensure that Automatic Authentication Delegation is enabled in Edge? To do this:

1. Open Microsoft Edge and go to Settings and select Cookies and site permissionsUnder Cookies and data stored, select Manage and delete cookies and site data.

2. Ensure that Allow sites to save and read cookie data is turned on.

3. Make sure that Block third-party cookies is turned off.

Hi @Gokul_B12 ,

Base on your description, it seems like the embedded paginated report can't load successfully in Edge browser. Could you please check and complete the following steps for further troubleshooting?

  • Upgrade your Edge browser to the latest one
  • Clear cache and cookie of your Edge browser, then check if the embedded paginated report can load
  • Provide the error details by clicking the button "See details" in above popup window
  • Ensure that the authentication token used to embed the Power BI report is valid and has not expired.
  • Confirm that the user has the necessary permissions to view the report.
  • Check if it hit any of following considerations and limitationsvyiruanmsft_0-1730946763324.png

In addition, the following thread is the one which has the similar problem as yours. Hope it can help you solve the problem.

Solved: Embedding paginated reports error: Unable to rende... - Microsoft Fabric Community

This error usually means that the embed token wasn't generated correctly.

If you have a paginated report with a Power BI dataset as a data source you should use V2 embed token (AKA multiresource embed token), which are generated using this API Embed Token - Generate Token - REST API (Power BI Power BI REST APIs) | Microsoft Learn. The request should include the dataset ID and like this example Embed Token - Generate Token - REST API (Power BI Power BI REST APIs) | Microsoft Learn
