Slicers assigned to Matrix

Question

I'm looking to create two side-by-side matrixes and have each of them controlled by a date slicer so that I can compare data based on custom date selections.&nbsp; Is there a way to assign slicers to visuals or matrixes, so that a slicer on the page doesn't automatically control everything on the page?
