Single sign on from web application to Power BI reports in Power BI services

Hi everybody!

I have a question some of you may have knowledge about. Our company is developing av web application (angular) that has need for reports. We develop reports in Power BI, and we could of course used power bi embedded to add tiles or report visuals into the application directly. But for now we want to login to our application which is running in azure, and then click on a link or button in the application that link us directly to the Power bi report in the power bi services with the same user settings as logged in in the web application and of course with the right report settings (for instance year=2019, product=fish, )

Have any of you any experience with single sign on to Power BI services?

And one more question. is it possible to turn off user interactions in POwer bi reports if we were using power bi embedded in such a way reports become read only?
