Single date slider slicer
The question is simple, does anyone know if there's a way or a custom visual that allows to have a single date select slider slicer? Just like having the between, less than or equal to, greater than or equal to but with just equal to?

The reason why I want to have this is that this would allow me to have a page with just graphics like a pie chart and so that I could filter day by day very fast. This would allow me to create a kind of controlled animation which which users could just see the development of certain things during the days of the months / the week
It seems like this guy doing someone else got the thing I'm asking for, you'll see the slider he's using, but he doesn't share the example he used so there's no way to know how he did it.
