I have created a Power BI report with a workspace and embedded that report in Dynamics CRM. I have created a team in CRM which contains all the users which I can add and remove to manage the access from CRM end. I also assigned the roles Power BI Embedded App Access and Power BI Workspace Viewer to this team.
But when I try to share the workspace with Team I am not able to see team under manage access in Power BI workspace.
Is there any way to assign/share the workspace with the team under CRM?

Hi @Nitin1337 ,
Thank you for reaching out with your problem. Base on your description, it seems that you are trying to share the report with a group after you embedded Power BI report embedded in Dynamics CRM. In order to make further troubleshooting, could you please check and confirm the following info?
1. Verify Team Members' Licenses: Ensure that all members of the team in Dynamics CRM have the necessary Power BI licenses and suitable role to access the workspace.
2. Use Security Groups for Access Management: Power BI does not directly integrate with Dynamics CRM teams for access management. Instead, you should use Azure Active Directory (AAD) security groups.
3. Embedding in Dynamics CRM: - After setting up the workspace access, you can embed the Power BI report in Dynamics CRM using the secure embed code.
Best Regards
