Shared vs Dedicated capacity for PBI Embedded

As there are more details than just saying that your workspace would share resources with others, here is is a link that will make clear what shared and dedicated capacity are.
To add some more to the subject you can provision capacity for embedded reports either from Azure (PowerBI Embedded) or PowerBI Service (PowerBI Premium).
One big advantage when using Azure resource is that you’re charged per hour and you can pause and restart the service.

either Azure PowerBI Embedded resource and PowerBI premium offers the same thing: dedicated capacity.
The only difference is that the first one is provisioned by Azure and the second one uses Office 365 to handle the provisioning.
Shared capacity you get if you have a Pro license.
When you provision dedicated capacity, you may select which workspaces should be in there and take advantage of the better performance and feature set (the checkbox in your image).
You may also have provisioned more than one capacities (one Em1, one Em2, one A1), so you may select that a client’s workspace may go to a specific capacity based on his needs.

So in this example, Power BI Premium capacity is the same verbage as Dedicated capacity?

I did create PBI Embedded from within the Azure Subscription.
Also, when I edit the workspace while in PBI service, what does the below mean, that dedicated capacity is enabled?
I'm getting confused because I selected the A1 capacity, which apparently is a Shared Infrastructure, and then the workspace says Dedicated capacity is turned on.
