Share cross tenant data source report

I created the report and semantic model under microsoft tenant, and inside the report, it connect analytics service in torus tenant. When I published it to the msft workspace, even though I granted access, others still cannot see the data and got the error below:

Do we have a way of sharing report with cross tenants data source?

Hi @Allenpan,

I suppose you may need to enable the proxy settings on your device to help the gateway can access both two tenant resources at the same time.

HI @Allenpan,

Current it sees me like not support ot share across the tenant, if you want the external users view these contents, you need to register them to your tenant as guest accounts.(Azure B2B feature)

Distribute Power BI content to external guest users using Microsoft Entra B2B - Power BI | Microsoft...

In addition, it sounds like you are work in the MSFT, it probably include more security and permissions requirement than common tenants. Have you test with common power bi accounts?

Thanks for the reply, Xiaoxin. I have managed to connect the cross tenants data sources ONLY separately

This is one to connect aas : allentest - Power BI
This is the one to connect sql server: allentest-adw - Power BI
And this is the one to connect both in the report : allentest (1) - Power BI
The first two works fine, but the last one failed, it seems like there is more configuration needed for multiple data sources?
