Setting privacy levels for all users

Hi Guys,

I am using python script in power bi report and set up it to "Public".
After that I saved report to bpip file and put to git and shared with colleague.

He got the same privaly level issue like me.
How to set up them globally for report to be shared withput any prompts for privacy levels?

Best,
Jacek

Hi @jaryszek ,

Sorry for the delay in repsonse.

Please follow the steps below to change the privacy level of the data source in Power BI

  1. Open Power BI Desktop.
Go to File, Options and Settings, Options.
Under Global , Privacy, find the setting for how data is combined.
Choose "Ignore the Privacy Levels and potentially improve performance" (or similar wording).
    Click OK.
  2. From the home tab in power bi desktop , change the sensitivity tag to public.

Best,
Jacek

Could you please share a screenshot of the error so that we can analyze it in detail and provide the best possible solution?

There is no error,

only prompt:

How to set up this once in report and prevent for other users opening it with this prompt?

Jacek
