Setting Data Alerts for Power BI Embedded Reports (for Customers)
Hi Experts,
I am currently embedding Power BI reports on my web application's iFrame using Power BI Embedded for customers.
In order to bring these dashboards to the next level, I need to create an email notification framework for dashboards, which is similar to the Data Alert system on the Power BI dashboards. I want my application to send out notifications to the customer if a certain value is exceeded.
Do we have any API/method that can achieve this? Would be really really helpful if you could help.
Key information
1. System is Power BI Embedded for Customer
2. We have a Premium A4 license
3. We use Service Principal method to embed the dashboard

In fact, you only need to setting data alert on the original dashboard. The embed report data also load from soruce contents, so the alert message will be sent if the value over the target.
