Send commands to paginated reports in Power BI by adding a parameter in powerbi-javascript

I wonder weather it's possible for us to pass parameters to paginated reports using powerbi-javascript package? https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/paginated-reports/report-builder-url-parameters

Would it be possible to add a new element to the config's details?
config: {

  parameters..

}
