Selection manager is not working when we go to focus mode and return back to the visual

Selection manager is not working when we go to focus mode and return back to the visual.It is happening in both online and powerbi desktop.

 

It is happening even in the bar chart example of the powerbi  https://github.com/Microsoft/PowerBI-visuals-sampleBarChart
