Select All in Slicer not empty Chart

How clean chart when Select ALL Slicer is empty ?

All options marked chart show data.

All options unmarked chart também show data.

I use native CheckBox Select All.

Stranger this, any solution to show empty chart with all options unmarked ?

In Power BI "Select Nothing"  is equivalent to "Select All" (most of the time).  That is a design decision. If you don't like it you can consider voting for an existing idea or raising a new one at https://ideas.powerbi.com
