Secondary Data Point On Box and Whisker Chart

Currently using JP Box/Whisker Chart.  It is great, however I would like to be able to plot a secondary data point so that I can show each department at my institution where they stand when compared to the other departments.  The data is survey scores.  For my chart I currently have the survey name for category (there are three different survey types), the Department name for Sampling, and the Average score for values.  The results is a great view of my institutions survey results, however I cannot figure out how to show one particular department where they fall on the chart.
