Hi v-jianboli-msft,
Thank you for all this documentation and sorry for my unclear question.
The problem is : I can't pass the schema parameter like this :
pbiClient.Datasets.UpdateParametersInGroup(workspace.Id, datasetId, updateRequest)
Its because the shema parameter doesn't exist in the parameters of the datasource.
The only parameters that I can change are :
- DataseName
- DabaseServer.
But in the BDD one tenant = one schema.
Do you know how I can update schema parameters with PowerBI API ?
Hi @Anonymous ,
This article explains how an ISV or any other Power BI Embedded app owner with many customers can use service principal profiles to map and manage each customer's data as part of their Power BI embed for your customers solution. Service principal profiles allow the ISV to build scalable applications that enable better customer data isolation and establish tighter security boundaries between customers.
And you can use Power BI REST API to refresh your dataset.
