Safety Culture API doesn't support refresh if uploaded to PowerBI Service
Hi Everyone,
I connected my dashboard to the Safety Culture API in Power BI desktop, it seems to be working fine, the data refreshes.
However, if I publish it on Power BI Service (cloud), it makes an error like this
It also gives this detailed error when I try to Discover Data Sources.
Hope someone can I help.

The error indicates that the gateway is not correctly configured to recognize or support the custom connector
you need to ensure the gateway has the required extension enabled for the custom connector.
