START END TIME DIIFERENCE ON CHART

Hello All, 

I am working on a dashboard, where i am dealing with start and end time , and i want this kind of chart in power bi is it possible?..

On x axis we need to show time and on y axis there are categories along with their time difference.

What does your data look like?

Maybe the stacked column chart could help you.
