SSAS Tabular Cube : Currency Conversion issue from Quarter to Year

Looking for the solution of one problem facing in tabular model, i have USD sales values available at quarter level,

but when changing currency from USD to EURO and selecting year level, then calculation for Year should work based on below formula-

Year EURO Sales on 2021 = sum of ((202103(USDSales)*202103 EURO Exchange)+(202106(USDSales)*202106 EURO Exchange)+(202109(USDSales)*202109 EURO Exchange)+(202112(USDSales)*202112 EURO Exchange))

on multidimensional cube we can use scope and leaves function to enforce cube to do calculation at quarter level when selecting year but on tabular is there any way we can achieve same functionality?
