SAP Lumira Designer migration to Power BI

Hello Power BI Gurus,
We're in evaluation phase of Power BI where we're trying to develop the complex SAP Lumira dashboard application in Power BI.
Here is the background of current SAP Lumira dashboard:
1. This is interactive dashboard with lots of filters, buttons and BIAL/CSS script formatting
2. This application has 3 different views/layers, something like Summary, Details, and Transactional view
3. Each view has it's own data source, menu, and filters
4. Each view has conditional data source refresh
5. There are over 70 data sources in this application. These data sources gets refreshed by user's click event.
6. A user must click more than 100 times to fully load all 70 data sources.
7. Each filter and user click gets one or more data source refreshed.
8. This application doesn't save any data, all the data and security reside in SAP system
9. User can bookmark the dashboard in any work state and can easily go back to same state with one click

I'd really appreciate if you can guide me what can/can't be done in Power BI with some how to link too. I'm brand new in Power BI world with 0 to no experience.
