Rendering issue when new page is loaded or when publishing the app

Problem:

Going between pages, the chart disappears and same when publishing chart online, the chart does not render.

The code runs again when doing the above actions. So what changes to be made so that the code remembers the previous model and load from there.

Can we save the image URL in the form of cookies or cache in a sandbox? or any way to save the previous state, so that whenever we revisit that page the app loads from there.
