Read Power BI Dataset (Or Data Mark) from C#.Net Windows Console Application

Dear Experts,

I am curious to see if anyone can please guide me on how to read Power BI Dataset (Or Data Mark) from C#.Net Windows Console Application.

Is there any working example / Blog/ Video etc. which can be shared please? I was advised that Powewr BI Rest API might help etc. but I am really looking for a more step by step guideline here how I can read a dataset (hosted in a Workspace) from Power BI using C#.Net code.
