Ratings visual is not working in publish to web

could someone help me?

Why doesn't my visualization made with Ratings downloaded with Get more visual work on publish to web? Should I change something in the Admin?

Given that the Ratings visual is a custom visual, it is recommended to verify whether the feature ‘Allow downloads from custom visuals’ is enabled in the Admin portal. Further details can be found in the corresponding official documentation.

Thanks for your feedback. Could you please provide the screenshot(please mask the sensitive info) which the ratings visual displayed in Service for further troubleshooting? And is there is any error message? It would be helpful to find the solution. Thank you.
