REST API Update dataset rows to reflect on the report

Hi Guys,

I'm trying to update the data shown on a report. So I have a report that I clone but want to update its data via the Rest layer. Currently using this URL to update the rows but doesnt seem to work: 

https://api.powerbi.com/v1.0/myorg/groups/${groupId}/datasets/${datasetId}/tables/${tableName}/rows
