Qualtrics Data to PBI Desktop

Hi all.  What is the best way to get Qualtrics into PBI?  I see some old posts from 2019.  I assume there is an API connector by now?  If so, is anyone currently doing this?

    Hi jamidolezal ,

    Yes, we could use Qualtrics API to get data and import data to Power BI Desktop.

    Please have a good look at this blog about how to use the Qualtrics API.

    Here is a post about how to use Rest API as Datasource in Power BI.

    Or you can refer to this blog about syncing Qualtrics survey results to Excel and PowerBI using Power Automate.

    In addition, currently, there is no built-in connector for Qualtrics in Power BI, an idea has been submitted in this link, please vote it up.
