Publish a dashboard using API REST

When I send a POST Request to import a pbix file with https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/rest/api/power-bi/imports/postimportingroup

It just returns 403. I have tried to give all permission to my app and still returns 403.

The context is:

I have a lot of different dashboard/pbix and I want to have a script to publish all of them without manually opening Power BI and clicking on publish.
