You can signup for below competitions to enahnce PowerBI skills.

• Maven Data Challenge
• Onyx Data Challenge

Both Platforms host monthly competitions which will give you exposure to new datasets,models.also you will be able to see the winning dashboards for all months which can give you some inspiration on UI/UX
