Powerbi API "unexpected error occured" using powerbi embedded during busy times

 

Hi all,

We have a website that uses powerbi to show metric results, around 2pm we get a high load on the website and our powerbi reports are erroring out and stop working with the message below. Any other time during low load the reports work fine. Assistance would be appreciated

    Hi Anonymous ，

    Please press F12 to launch the developer window within your browser. You will find the network traffic and other information. That may be caused by the high network load at that time, you can try it later.
