PowerBINotAuthorizedException when exporting report to file

I am getting this error when I am trying to export a report to pdf format. This report is owned by an app which was shared to me. The app is of premium capacity. I am trying to understand why I am getting this error and how to resolve it.

{"error":{"code":"PowerBINotAuthorizedException","pbi.error":{"code":"PowerBINotAuthorizedException","parameters":{},"details":[],"exceptionCulprit":1}}}

Is anyone else able to export?  Maybe talk to your tenant admin to see if they have blocked it.
