PowerBI report server access key

I have installed power bi report server annd power bi desktop RS on my desktop.
I am trying to evaluate the powerbi-client module in a simple web application.
Invoking methods on the service or report objects seems to require I provide an access key in the configuration.

How do I find/generate the key for the on-prem installation I have ?
