I have created the PowerBI report using the SharePoint list. I have imported that PowerBI report under my PowerApps.. I have added 1 new item to the SharePoint list but the PowerBI report is not refreshed after adding the new item. Can anyone help me with the same? Thanks.

Let's assume you have wired that sharepoint as a data source. Microsoft states that datasets based on such data sources will refresh "within the hour" .
Note: A refreshed dataset will not guarantee that your users will see the updated data. That requires the user to interact with the report after the dataset has refreshed. (This is different from dashboards where the change will be visible).
