PowerBI Reports API not returning any reports shared with another user.

Hi, 

I created a dash board that has some visuals along with a Web content to display a webpage. I shared the dashboard to another user. But the web content is not displayed. It seems to be throwing an interpolation error

What should be done to solve this?
