Power Bi integration with checkmarx and Sonarqube

Hello friends,

I am new to power BI . I need some help on Power BI integration with checkmarx website and sonarqube website.

I do not know what is the process to get into the web page and fetch relevant data from that site. 

If any API is required how will I get the API key for these sites? pls help

Well I've found a solution but we have to use the Python script option into powerBI

Yes sure no problem !

1 - Ensure you have all the required components for power BI python script :
Run Python Scripts in Power BI Desktop - Power BI | Microsoft Docs

2 -  Consult the checkmarx api documentation to see how it works :

3- Develop your python api once you have all the required components 🙂

The only issue that I see in this is that the password would be in clear text in the script and this may cause some security issue regarding the authentication. However this is another subject I suppose !

I am also trying to connect to the Checkmarx website from Power BI. I was able to generate the access token in Postman but it is not working in Power BI. Did you find a way?
