Mikkelnaes , I checked the usage metrics of Power BI Embedded Service in azure portal, and found that we exceeded the memory usage, so that was causing the problem, but the weird thing is that the error message that we were getting in the report was completely irrelevent, and we havn't received any warnings, so I don't know if that was the case for you too, try to check the memory usage.
